Rolling Smoke Wood Fired Grill
Our journey began in 2015. Rolling Smoke was custom-designed and built in Texas with a New York attention to detail. The end result is a 33 foot long rolling state of the art kitchen with a built- in Ole Hickory smoker that can smoke up to 450 lbs of meat at a time. After three years, hundreds of private and public events and thousands of dedicated customers the next step became obvious.
Rolling Smoke Grill opened its doors on October 4th, 2018. The restaurant has enabled us to expand our menu and showcase items that we couldn’t offer from the truck. Every item is homemade with the finest ingredients and cooked to order. We strive everyday to make sure we live up to your expectations and continue to earn your glowing reviews. Our mission is simple. To produce the most traditional, exceptional and authentic Texas barbeque and share that effort with you.
